These inaccurate reviews cost us dearly, perhaps more than several subscriptions from the suppliers to Houzz.Houzz is the No. The architects arranged the JCT with their recommended builder for 6 months claiming it would take 4 months with zero LD. 2 accidents, 2 floods on site, a complete lack of H&S. Many mistakes and errors in plans and the build. My experience was incomplete contrast to the reviews I read. My experience is that I read the 5 star reviews on a local architect through Houzz and went with them because the reviews reassured us, we would be ok. Unfortunately, readers do not pay and so the real Houzz clients are the suppliers. I know suppliers pay Houzz for their presence, but readers need to be able to trust and have faith in the reviews they read on Houzz. Any negative reviews by clients don’t appear to be shown on the suppliers that have a presence on Houzz. Im concerned about the reviews on Houzz, may be inaccurate. In the meantime, I don’t have an account nor want an account with an organization with HORRIBLE customer service support. I see what you guys are trying to do, verifying if a person bought the item from your company or not. EDITED:I didn’t ask for account information. Inability to connect with a customer who was not inquiring about an account but a product. I still don’t have a clue about the product additions needed because of JAM A. Because of this issue, I will not be ordering from Houzz again as their customer service needs to exceed their prices and the customer expectations. UNACCEPTABLE AS I WAS MERELY TRYING TO FIND OUT MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PIECE I NEEDED. The frustration is that the lady, JAM A would not allow me to speak to a supervisor or would she talk about the product until she got my last 4 of my credit card. I didn’t ask to access an account and truthfully I don’t know if I made one. No problem, I called them to try to get more about the product and order, the customer service representative stated I needed to provide my last 4 of my credit card number to access my account. I called house today as I was informed that my vanity didn’t come with a side or backsplash. ![]()
